Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students from 2025 graduating batch with any three-year full-time degree are invited to apply.
- Students should possess consistent academic record with minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma and UG (rounding off 49.9% is not allowed).
- Students withstanding arrears are NOT eligible.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology is mandatory.
- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs who are currently residing in India.
- Candidates who have taken part in Cognizant’s hiring process within the past five years (2019 – 2024),mark the same in registration form.
Job description:
You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of their computer systems and IT services.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries. Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.
Role expectations:
- Associate should be client focused and able to work with users from different communities and cultures across the globe.
- Ability to have flawless communication (verbal and written) with our clients and possess sound technical knowledge.
- Work in shifts and work from office.

- All academic documents including the college ID card (if available), school/college UG mark sheets and degree certificate.
Mandatory documents for onboarding:
The final Cognizant onboarding would be subject to satisfactory background verification.
- PAN card – It is a mandatory requirement for onboarding. Please ensure that your first name, last name, father’s name, and other details are accurate. Please note that background verification will fail if the last name is not updated or if the PAN card name does not match the registered name.
- Voter Id card / Passport will be mandatory to verify citizenship.
Please note: You will get the communications only to the registered mail ID in Superset. It must be your personal mail ID and shall be considered as the primary email ID. This email ID should not be changed at any point during hiring process or until Full Time Employment (FTE) onboarding.
