- Hands-on experience in Servlets, JSP and any Mainstream Application Server e.g. Tomcat.
- Must be familiar with developing web & business components

- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts (OOPS)
- Strong understanding of Relational Database concepts (RDBMS)
- Strong command of web technologies like JavaScript, and XML.
- Knowledge of Hibernate, struts & springs will be an added advantage

- Strong analytical and logical skills along with an aptitude for problem-solving using innovative ideas.
