Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
Minimum Experience
- One (1) year experience in finance, payroll, accounting or related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Analytical skill including quantitative business problem solving.
- Knowledge of business software, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.

Skills Required
Essential Functions
Responsibilities may include: coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests, providing technical advice for the organization in the definition development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.
- Provide system and network support.
- Maintain training content and end user communications.
- May participate in monitoring, documenting and testing effectiveness of system controls and project teams.
- Support more senior staff in enterprise initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Under close supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.
