- Strong Excel knowledge & MS office Skills is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge in working with information systems
- Reporting/Data Analysis
- Knowledge of Power BI
Roles & Responsibilities:
- First Level Kantata Support Project Support (Cost/Revenue/Milestones/Expenses, etc.,) Element
- Activation Pending Closure Planned hours update (Baseline)Revenue Adjustments Cost Adjustments required Change of Engagement/Proposal Owners / Access /Role Change of Entity/Client
- Hands on with SharePoint for creating, maintaining and updating information/process/documentation
- Collate requirements and Contribute to the development of standards, policies, procedures, and process documentation.
- Name/Currency/VAT correction Milestones- Deletion/Revert/Queries to Expenses Invoicing
- Support/Invoice failure Kantata Write Off – Unbilled Charges Timesheet Support
- Data Hygiene reports and
corrections - Database creation & backup to share point
Other Responsibilities:
- Timesheets WAR Request/ Activation Resource Assignments/Resource Assignment issues Internal
- Project Creation Support Presales Project creation
- Perform month end activity to close the period/books and help finance and account to recognize the revenue Data Hygiene reports and correction
