- Meaningful Experience in Order to Cash domain
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communications and writing skills

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Genpact is looking for someone with a deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
- Daily Cash application
- Manage electronic & Manual client payments
- Reconcile unapplied accounts
- Customer open credit Inquiry and Dispute Management
- Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
