Qualifications

• Proven experience in hedge fund operations, with a strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms used in hedge fund operations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or technical certifications) are a plus.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Data-Tech-AI Consultant

In this role, you will execute the accounting tasks and processes assigned as part of the transformation projects with our client, ensuring the end output is 100% accurate and meets/exceeds client expectations.

• Collaborate with hedge fund clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges
• Design and implement solutions that enhance hedge fund operations, incorporating both functional and technical aspect
• Provide expertise in financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance relevant to hedge fund operations
• Assist the technical/automation team to automate the testing process
• Understand basic accounting concepts
• Conduct product testing and gather user’s feedback to make product improvements and iterate on the product roadmap.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP’s, pivot, power pivot, formulas, graphs etc.
• Understand the tasks that are assigned and share the output with the checker/reviewer and work on the feedback
• Contribute Process improvement ideas
