Qualifications
- B.COM Graduate
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communications and writing skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written (I-Speak -6+)
- Good Excel and typing skills
- Eye for detail and quick response time
- Relevant work experience in OTC domain
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Looking for professionals with OTC proven ability who have worked on SAP ERP- preferably in collections management and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Collection/Exceptions
- Prepare and send out invoice, bills
- Prepare, compile, and mail bills for products paid for by clients
- Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
- Respond to billing questions from both local and international customers
- Help with ad-hoc projects when assigned
- Verify discrepancies by clients, and resolve their billing issues
- Prepare reports detailing unbilled Revenue status
- Creation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- Understanding and Reporting of Service Level Agreement
- Team daily work-allocation
- Team daily day-end status reporting to all stakeholders
- Shift: UK-US Shift
