Qualifications
- BTech, BE, MCA, MCS, MTech, MSc (CS/IT)
- Students pursuing technical (IT) bachelor’s or master’s degrees from recognized colleges/institutes/universities.
- A minimum aggregate score of 80% across all subjects.
- Availability for onsite internships in Pune for 2-6 months.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Technical Stack: Java, .NET, SDET/Testing, DevOps, InfoSec, Application Support
Internship Structure:
- Orientation and training sessions at the beginning of the program.
- Assignment to live projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
- Regular feedback sessions to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
- Access to company resources and tools to aid in project completion.
Skills Required
Compensation/Stipend:
- Non-Technical Graduates: INR 15,000 per month (Gross)
- Technical Graduates: INR 25,000 per month (Gross)
- Management/Master’s Technical Graduates: INR 30,000 per month (Gross)
