Job responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify anomalies, unexpected behaviors, and region-specific defects across the
global maps ecosystem. - Provide weekly insights and trends to leadership, backed by robust data validation.
- Identify high-impact opportunities from raw data and categorize them into meaningful map-level insights—ensuring
depth, clarity, and non-superficial findings. - Investigate issues raised by product and engineering teams and deliver detailed, actionable analysis.
- Execute tasks thoroughly and accurately within defined timelines and SLAs.
- Perform repetitive data processing and quality checks at high speed and accuracy levels.
- Maintain strict adherence to client and company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Manage and track daily work patterns, ensuring consistency with productivity and quality targets.
- Read, interpret, and apply complex policy documents, standard operating procedures, and special handling
guidelines.
Skills Required
GlobalLogic is seeking a Global Maps Data Associate Analyst to perform deep-dive analysis on map defects and opportunities across ETA, traffic, routing, places, Lanes and navigation. The role involves identifying anomalies from large datasets, generating meaningful insights, and supporting both proactive investigations and engineering requests.
