Qualifications
- Graduate ideally Finance and Accounting.
- With Good English communication skills both spoken and written.
- Preferable experience in handling Accounts Payable and possess basic understanding of the process involved in Finance & Accounting.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Ensure that all vendor invoices and credit notes are processed in an accurate and timely efficient manner
- Review, analyze and report on invoice discrepancies
- Implement business change in accordance with plans
- Own and be accountable for 3 way match and payments activities
- Proactive identify, analyze and evaluate potential financial risks/upsides and mitigate these with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure smooth accounting flow
- Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
- Ensure that all Vendors are effectively managed
- Ensure that Invoices are paid in accordance with the terms of the payment
- Ensure relevant financial measurements for AP are met
- Ensure and own KPI Reporting
