Roles & Responsibilities:-
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader/Project Manager to guide a professional team of Driver Acquisition Specialists in a dynamic Indian market. Applicants should be able to show strong leadership and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Conduct strategic planning for department operations in India & align them with company goals;
- Conduct budget planning & maintain resources under the general guidance of the Regional Team Leader;
- Maintain effective leadership and guidance to acquisition teams located around the country to ensure their successful performance, and achievement of their goals, targets & KPIs across the country;
- Maintain existing projects & initiate new ones, which includes being able to find and assess solutions that might help the team achieve its goals more effectively;
- Analyze research findings to identify opportunities for business growth and recommend actionable strategies;
- Collaborate closely with the business development and marketing departments to develop and refine existing processes;
- Plan and execute effective strategies for launching new cities, considering market dynamics, target audience, and operational requirements;
- Continuously assess and improve results in already launched cities by analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective measures;
- Present new ideas with full analysis, including planning of resources, implementation steps, goals & KPIs.
