- Proven experience in a leadership role in professional services, ideally in a product company focused on AP invoice automation or similar financial technologies.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
- Strong project management skills with a history of successful technology implementation.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, AP automation tools, and other financial software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple priorities effectively.

- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage the professional services team, focusing on the implementation. Mentor and develop team members for peak performance and career growth.
- Project and Client Management: Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely and successful product implementations. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Solution Expertise: Develop deep expertise in our product implementation, providing guidance and best practices to clients and team members.
- Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, managing resource allocation, project timelines, and budget adherence.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve our service delivery processes and methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in automation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and product integration.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Contribute to the strategic planning of the professional services department, setting goals and objectives aligned with the organization’s vision.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on team performance, project progress, and client feedback. Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and service improvements.
