Qualifications
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in RESTful API development and JSON data structures.
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic knowledge of ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Design, implement, and manage RESTful APIs for integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to build scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in applications.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
