Qualifications

• Extensive familiarity, and experience in delivering HR reporting & analytics with strong analytical, problem-solving ability to synthesize insights.
• New Joiner related reporting; experience working with managers to measure and improve business performance a plus.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools – MS Excel, Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau, or related technologies.
• Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver amidst continuous change and in an agile work environment.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

As an analyst in our HR Data & Analytics function, you will spend every day defining, refining, and delivering our New Joiner Experience (NJE) Operations reporting strategy to meet the needs of our global business

• Manage the production of the Global NJE Operations reporting process and deliver the reports within the prescribed SLAs in an accurate manner.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the reports/dashboards and work with functional units/clients to implement enhancements.
• Partner with global stakeholders to develop better solutions for report/dashboard production and delivery by leveraging automation.
• Conduct review of scorecard performance results and variance analysis of scorecard outcomes with functional units/clients.
• Provide backup support for other report production in the team and assist with related ad-hoc reporting.
• Strong focus on Risk & Controls including importance around data confidentiality.
