Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative field required.
- 5-7 years of work experience with MBA
- Prior experience in management consulting or similar analytical role preferred

- Respond to on‑demand analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving requests from senior leaders with speed and rigor.
- Execute recurring and ad hoc analysis and support standardization of templates and reporting assets.
- Strong data‑driven mindset with practical application of common analytical techniques.
- Advanced, hands‑on proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear visualizations and structured outputs.
- Familiarity with the enterprise IT industry is a plus.
Primary Role Responsibilities:
- As an analyst, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from top management consulting firms and versatile professionals in Enterprise IT.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define and refine strategy, solve complex problems, build scalable processes, analyze business performance, and execute critical cross-functional initiatives that enable NetApp to achieve its business objectives.
Skills Required
Specifically, you will need to:
- Work across the company and across a geographically diverse organization to define and drive strategic analysis.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing project plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading analysis and developing final findings, recommendations and drive results.
