For Data Analyst –
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of over 3+ years as SAS developer with proficient knowledge on UNIX environment
- Experience in SAS maintenance and migration projects
- Experience working with large data sets / systems / warehouses using SAS / SQL to translate data into information for decision making
- Solid programming skills in Base SAS and Advance SAS
- Expertise debugging capabilities and resolving the issues while executing the code and automate the process
- Experience in requirement analysis, design, development, testing and support of Finance, Banking or Health care domain projects using SAS Technologies
- Extensive knowledge and experience on SAS EG, SAS Base
- Good communication skills and interact to the customers on frequent basis

Primary Responsibilities:
- Should be able to Run SAS Base programs/jobs which runs on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Should be able to fix jobs due to logic/code issues and able to do jobs modifications based on the requirements
- Should be able to analyze the code, understand the purpose, modify the code to run successfully
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently

For Business Analyst –
Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- 2+ years of experience with Advanced Excel.
- 2+ years of experience in SQL and Power BI dashboard development.
- Proficient knowledge in BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau
- Working knowledge in data management using SQL/MySQL & MS Excel
- Proven good communication Skills
- Proven solid Analytical and Logical skills
- Willing to work from office on all working days in night shifts
- Proven ability to work independently and share status updates on work progress
Preferred Qualification:
- Overall 2+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics – Exposure in RCM Reporting and analysis, RCM domain expertise
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build reports/dashboards using various tools like PowerBI, SQL and excel
- Provide Denial/ Payment/Open AR trends by Payer/site with data level root cause analysis
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of overall operations with the help of data level RCA’s
- Customization of operational & strategic reports based on project goals & client requirements.
- Identify automation opportunities using various tools.
- Open to work in US shift timings (3:30PM IST to 1AM IST)
- Open to work in RTO and hybrid environment (as per the official guidelines)
