Qualifications

What do you need to have to apply for this position?

• 1-3 years of data analytics experience in relevant roles
• Data handling, data modeling & data flow understanding is desired
• Intuition for data and ability to handle big data sources
• Working knowledge in Excel
• Ability to clearly explain thoughts and ideas either verbally or in the written form.
• Knowledge on SQL and Python is a plus
• Knowledge in BI tools like QlikSense, PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.

What would you get to do in this role?

• Be an integral part of defining the data consumption strategy across the org.
• You’ll also monitor performance trends and influence any interventions, based on performance.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering, and product functions to understand the data flow and architecture, and find out the best tech solutions from an Analytics standpoint to build scalable data models.
• Define processes and best practices when it comes to data modeling, consumption, querying and reporting
• Become SME in the tech stack being used across the different analytics functionalities and become the go to person for unblocking any tech boundaries
• Mentor other analysts in the team; play an active role in hiring process & new team members’ onboarding process
