Qualifications
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
 - Experience: Freshers/ Experienced
 - Demonstrable experience of working with the ServiceNow platform or within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
 - Sound understanding of ServiceNow technical architecture and core functionality. Configuration experience is a plus.
 - Experienced in converting business requirements into well defined solutions aligned to best practice, such as catalog items and workflows.
 - Practical experience of designing for the user experience would be advantageous.
 - An agile champion with strong project and product management understanding is preferred
 - Proven record of thriving in an agile environment and dealing productively with ambiguity
 - Strong business acumen, including development of business cases and the ability to manage commercially astute technology suppliers
 - Ability to motivate and inspire development teams to achieve beyond what they imagined possible
 - Good communication skills, able to question and listen to understand and challenge, able to explain complex scenarios clearly
 - Ability to lead and own complex problems using acquired technical experience and knowledge
 - Comfortable making decisions quickly and providing clear direction
 - In situations of conflict able to recognize alternative approaches for reaching a solution and implement most appropriate course of action
 - Keen to contribute and make positive changes regardless of the task at hand
 - Experience working globally with geographically spread teams
 
Key Accountabilities:-
The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and developing user stories to grow the breadth and depth of the GBS ServiceNow platform. Managing a wide range of stakeholders they will realize the benefits of a single enterprise service management platform in Rolls-Royce.
- You will help to identify possible use cases and work with the GBS service lines to define clear user stories to generate improved customer experience and business performance
 - You will work to build relationships with stakeholders across both GBS and our customers, promoting the capability of ServiceNow and understanding their service offerings and how ServiceNow could support them.
 - You will organize and run workshops with Service Line leads to support requirements gathering / gap analysis, impact assessment, clarification and prioritization.
 - You will work with stakeholders in GBS, the businesses we support, and the development team to create and maintain the product backlog
 - You will lead business process design discussions with business counterparts
 - You will manage stakeholders internally and externally and prioritize the demand pipeline
 - You will provide technical and interpersonal leadership to more junior members
 - You will develop a detailed appreciation of GBS and ServiceNow implementations family and its business requirements.
