Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• 18 months – 36 months in related experience with a Bachelor degree.
• Experience with a major CRM system is a plus
• Prior experience with financial and quantitative concepts.
• Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Role Description

• This position is on the Operations team within the Services organization which is the Professional Services arm of Salesforce. com.
• The Operations Associate Analyst takes care of all Professional Services Operations within salesforce.com’s Strategic Services Consulting.
• The position requires skill in understanding the fundamental drivers of success in the business, in conducting analysis and driving process, compliance,  and policy for delivery consultants and delivery leadership.

Key Accountabilities (Impact)

• Work Closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policy and process knowledge of the region
• Become a subject matter expert on Professional Services Enterprise (PSA tool)
• Understand who the stakeholders are and build relationships with them
• Provide guidance and support to the Sales teams when they have questions regarding invoicing process in completing SOWs and other bookings’ related information
• Project data compliance to ensure smooth billings every month
• Identify and organize subject matter experts to support change management requirements gathering
• Create and deliver succinct, professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levels
• Apply a global mindset to all project planning efforts to ensure initiatives align organizationally
