Qualifications

What you bring: 

• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong experience in Python, including building and maintaining Flask-based web applications.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building enterprise-grade applications, including security implementations such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with User Access Management.
• Experience working with AI implementations using Large Language Models (LLMs), including connecting SAP AI Core / OpenAI LLMs, prompt engineering, prompt templates, and structured outputs.
• Experience with application deployment on SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry and authorization solutions such as XSUAA and Microsoft Azure AD.
• Strong experience writing and optimizing database queries using PostgreSQL and SQLite.
• Experience managing files using blob storage services such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage (GCP).
• Willingness to own products end-to-end, including requirement gathering, architecture design, documentation, security compliance, full-stack development.
• Curious mindset with the ability to analyze requirements, break them down into clear development goals, and design appropriate system architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver enterprise software solutions
• Build and enhance backend services and APIs, supporting secure and reliable system integrations.
• Develop full-stack solutions, including front-end components and backend logic, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement application security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance application functionality.
• Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on cloud platforms, including SAP BTP, ensuring stability and compliance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Own applications end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, documentation, and release cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews, documentation, and adoption of new technologies.
