Qualifications
- A Computer Science/Engineering degree
- 2+ years of experience in cloud security and experience with GCP/Azure preferred
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- Fundamental understanding of Linux and Windows OS and networking concepts
- Experience with scripting languages and automation tools for security tasks (Python, PowerShell, bash etc.)
- Hands-on experience with security tooling and technologies is a plus
- Basic understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD principles
- Drive to automate and continuously improve
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Professional security and cloud certifications are a plus.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
This role will be a part of the Security Engineering Org that reports to the Senior Manager of Cloud Security Engineering. The security engineering team targets building state-of-the-art technology that will help reduce the risk surrounding the sensitive assets of the company with the least impact possible on operations, acts as guidance and facilitator to the security operations teams, and helps shift Security perception from blocker to enabler by building a relationship of trust with the other teams.

- Collaborate with senior security team members to learn and apply security best practices in cloud environments
- Support incident response and operational activities by working alongside experienced engineers
- Assist with vulnerability remediation for security infrastructure.
- Assist in remediating audit findings.
- Learn and implement cloud security policies using a CI/CD pipeline.
- Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps.
- Maintain Cloud Security Tooling.
