Qualifications

  • Welcome fresh graduates, preferably with a university degree in Engineering or other related oil and gas degree.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for data analysis.
  • Skill level at data visualization tools (SPOTFIRE, POWER BI) would be an advantage.
  • Preferably someone with good communication skills and can communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, customers, and all other staff as necessary.
  • Self-starter and an independent worker capable of collaborating in a team environment with an ability to build strong effective relationships with asset production teams while working remotely.
  • Ability to prioritize and ensure delivery of priorities for the area of responsibility.
  • Preferably with strong English proficiency in both oral and written.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with track record of demonstrating initiative, analytical capabilities and problem solving and presentation skills.

  • Good Understanding of Oil and Gas Domain
  • Ensure smooth data handling  and data analytical skill for reporting and KPI reporting
  • Understanding Data Security, Entitlement and obligation of data
  • Demonstrate & Inculcate Continuous Improvement Mindset by proactively practicing standardization and automation
  • Flexibile to work in multiple time zones and required to work in odd hours.
  • Identify Production and Deferment trends using PI and EC data and reconcile the same for Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.
  • Able to standardize Process essentials, Documentations, Work Instructions.
  • Able to write effective, concise and meaningful business communications to Stakeholders and capable of streamlining the Work.
  • Having awareness and capable in Preparing effective Business Visualizations ( Power BI or Excel) to enable business and team to take effective Business decisions is added advantage
  • Share proactive insights and business critical insights to Team Managers and self-motivated to make business presentations in required and relevant form.
  • Capable to work and deliver in stringent timelines.
  • Capable to work and deliver without supervision, Lead projects and demonstrate effective Team collaboration capabilities.
  • Share Best Practices within Team in regular intervals and motivated to learn new skills delivering business.
  • Demonstrate capability to take Action points, punch points, MoMs and Key take away from meetings, sessions and Webcasts and work on the same as per Priority and Business
