• Some experience with FEA methods and tools. E.g. ANSYS Workbench or equivalent is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, well-suited to fast-paced R&D teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
