Skills Required
Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Develop global Item CoE Best Methods and Process. Work with partners in Merch Process and the Item CoE leadership group to develop and improve best methods for the global Item CoE. The Item Process Analyst is expected to be an expert in all Item CoE process and systems, as well as demonstrate expertise in partner teams dependencies and interactions with the CoE.
- Trainer for Item CoE Best Methods. Take ownership of new hire and incumbent process training. Train out new best methods or process improvements to the global Item CoE. Direct classroom style learning groups and answer questions related Item CoE process. Act as ongoing advisor and point of contact for the Item Data Specialists for questions related to best methods and system use.
- Develop partnership with Product and Technology Teams. Take the lead in working with product teams for new system testing and implementation. Consult with Item Data Specialists for product enhancement recommendations and work with product teams to prioritize the recommendations. Build connects with technology teams to address day to day technology issues and work on long term fixes for frequent issues.
- Develop operational reporting and process. Build reporting based on available data from the CoE workflow SharePoint, data feeds from systems, and inputs from partner teams. Work with CoE leadership to develop a reporting process for various users (Item Data Specialist, Operational Leads, Item Managers, CoE leadership, and partner teams). Own and govern the reporting process and content.
- Partner with CoE leadership on development of global goals and strategy. Help to determine goal metrics for the global Item CoE and utlize reporting development to govern goal adoption and improvement. Tie goal development to greater strategy working with Item CoE leadership group.
- Work with cross-functional partners to advise on CoE process. Develop in depth knowledge of partner teams and process. Advise on implications of CoE work to partner teams and act, in conjunction with the Item Data Managers, as process experts in cross-functional groups. Enable partner focused reporting when necessary to assist in process development.
