• Fast learner and passion for sales, collection, and customer service
• Ability to use Internet applications
• Knowledge of MS Office
• PC Knowledge & shortcut keys.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for replying to Customer/Driver queries on emails and chats using the Client policies and process
• Evaluates the submitted content to be in line with standards defined basis client policies and guidelines.
• Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures with High level of accuracy
• Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
• Ability to maintain calm while reading/understanding/replying to writer’s concerns/queries
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
• Maintains composure and patience.
• Correctly follow Flows and implement different quality standards/definition documents
• Open to work in 24*7 environment.
• 5 days working
• 9 hours of shift
• 8 hours of login
• Additional hours as and when required (per TP guidelines)
