WHAT YOU NEED
- 0-1 years with data science in production.
- Hands-on depth in machine learning, Statistics, enough to defend a decision you made in each, and name the one you rejected.
- Working familiarity with Analytics, data engineering, Python.
- Fundamentals you can explain out loud: data structures, HTTP, version control. We would rather have somebody who reasons well than somebody who has memorised a framework.
- The ability to explain a technical decision to somebody who did not make it. Every round here includes it.
