Job Description & Responsibilities:-

The Golden Rise is seeking motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns for a Hybrid internship opportunity. As an HR Intern at The Golden Rise, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions through a combination of remote work and in-person tasks at our office. This is a great opportunity for freshers to kickstart their HR career.

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
