Roles & Responsibilities:
upGrad is looking for a Product Analyst Intern to support the product team in analyzing data, identifying insights, and improving decision-making. The role will involve working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements.
- Collect, clean, and analyze product usage data to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Assist in defining key product metrics and tracking performance against them
- Support experiments (A/B tests, feature rollouts) with data-driven analysis
- Prepare clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the product manager to translate insights into actionable recommendations
