- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Solid previous experience from similar industries within the Service business is beneficial
- Great interpersonal skills when working in a multi-cultural environment
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products and preferably with SAP and Windchill experience
- Skilled in Data analytics tools like Power BI
- Good understanding of Service business operations (Onshore and Offshore) and maintenance (Scheduled and Unscheduled Service)

Responsibilities:
The Tools Intelligence team has been formed within the Tools Operational Readiness team
Main goals/KPIs for this team are to establish various dashboards to enhance warehouse performance and to improve on the Total cost of Ownership on Tools (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Crunch tools data to understand performance derailers and highlight action areas
- Collect, Analyze and Simulate various data points to improve Utilization factor of all critical tools used on all the customer projects.
- Understand footprint capacity by understanding the stock usage rate.
- Tools Cost line of sight
- Tools Budget performance tracker
