Qualifications
Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum Bachelorâs Degree (BA, B.Com/M.COM/MBA)
- Fresher or minimum of 2+ yearâs payroll experience handled 5000+ employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience using payroll software
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship building skills
- Must be detailed oriented, organised and hard working with a great sense of urgency
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Managing end-to-end processing of global payroll on monthly basis
- Processing inputs such as starter, leaver, overtime & absences, reimbursements & claims, etc.
- Updating and maintaining payroll records with accuracy
- Compiling & reconciling payroll reports to meet internal and statutory obligations
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
- Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal group (as required)
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with month end closing activity and ad hoc tasks as required
