Qualifications

Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BA, B.Com/M.COM/MBA)
  • Fresher or minimum of 2+ year’s payroll experience handled 5000+ employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using payroll software
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Must be detailed oriented, organised and hard working with a great sense of urgency

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Managing end-to-end processing of global payroll on monthly basis
  • Processing inputs such as starter, leaver, overtime & absences, reimbursements & claims, etc.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records with accuracy
  • Compiling & reconciling payroll reports to meet internal and statutory obligations
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
  • Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal group (as required)
  • Assisting the Payroll Manager with month end closing activity and ad hoc tasks as required
