Qualifications
- Should be a Graduate Fresher
- Voice 50% – Non Voice 50%
- Order Management(Comms)
- Rotational shift, with rotational week offs (working flexibility on weekends is required)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Validate order as per the scope of work
- Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation
- Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build
- Review the network design shared by design team
- Built network config as per the scope and design
- Join customer edge device activation calls , lead the call and deploy the required device configuration
- Coordinating with L2 tech’s for complex issues
- Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders
