Job Description & Overview:
CACTUS is seeking an Operations Intern to be part of its research training team. This 6-month, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in managing virtual events, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving operational processes.

- Assist in managing end-to-end virtual events on platforms including Airmeet and Zoom
- Coordinate speaker dry runs and provide technical support during event rehearsals
- Track and document event performance through feedback and metrics
- Collaborate with the Technology team on event setup and technical requirements
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to create compelling event promotional materials
- Coordinate with the legal team for agreement processing and compliance
- Manage and assign Freshdesk support tickets
- Create and distribute reports to internal stakeholders
- Manage event-related invoicing processes
Skills Required
