As Intern in our Restructuring practice, you’ll specialize in advising middle-market companies in sell side, buyside, and capital raising transactions. Navigating Responsibilities:
- Performing in-depth research and data analysis
- To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports.
- To take ownership of work assignments and manage workload.
- To keep line managers appraised on progress.
- To assist and support other members of the team as required.
- To take an active part in the firm and demonstrate a “can do” approach.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Basic knowledge of French language will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated track record of superior academic and work performance (if applicable); demonstrated commitment to outstanding results
- Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a concentration in Finance) from an accredited college or university
- Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to master new tasks quickly
- Dedication to teamwork and strong personal integrity
