Job Description:
As part of the GDS India Finance Working Capital Team, you would serve a critical role as part of the Invoice Processing / T&E team. You will gain hands on experience in the role you will be assigned to. This person will work closely with other members of the Finance and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Invoice as part of Corporate Finance Team
- Process Employee expense reimbursement claims
- Part of Finance process improvement projects – Ability to be a good team player and be part of various process improvement projects.
- Handle meta-data in an ERP environment, e.g., Vendor Master data, Cost centers, Spend Reporting Segments, Concur, etc.
- Coordinating / interacting with key stakeholders and work as an important point of contact for them.
