Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in data quality, data governance, or data management roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or other sales/order management platforms is desirable.
- Exposure to legacy CRM systems (e.g., Siebel, Genesis) is an advantage.
Skills Required:-
- Strong knowledge of data quality principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data management tools and ability to automate cleansing workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and define standard processes for data entry and maintenance.
- Utilize data management tools to automate cleansing processes and generate data quality reports.
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and data quality standards.
- Deliver training and mentorship on data quality best practices to team members and stakeholders.
- Track and report on KPIs related to data quality improvements.

This role will play a critical part in implementing the Salesforce CPQ platform and migrating assets from legacy systems (Siebel and Genesis). By enhancing the end-to-end process, you will help accelerate order processing, improve billing accuracy, reduce administrative burdens, and enable operational efficiency and scalability.
