Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in social listening, market intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Talkwalker or similar social listening and market intelligence tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr).
- Expertise in keyword research, Boolean search queries, and data categorization.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
