Key Responsibilities:
- Writes basic copy, such as emails, tweets and other social media content to support marketing publication needs
- Fact-checks editorial content before publishing to ensure accuracy
- Documents marketing campaign successes to provide team leaders with progress updates and inform the planning of future marketing campaigns
- Liaises with suppliers to ensure marketing resource needs are met
- Assists with internal communications and document management to support team
- Assists colleagues with invoicing to meet demands
- Schedules marketing meetings and conference calls to assist colleagues
