Job Requirements:
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Must be able to work in a 24×7 shift environment with flexibility for different schedules.
Preferred Skills:
✔ Understanding of at least one of the following Radio Access Technologies: 5G, LTE, UMTS, GSM.
✔ Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Routing Protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling, and Security Protocols.
✔ Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems.
✔ Ability to grasp technical issues quickly.
✔ Experience with Excel or other statistical analysis tools.
✔ Strong adaptability to changing environments and the ability to manage multiple time-critical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Network Monitoring:
- Work as part of a 24×7 remote network monitoring team on a rotating shift basis.
- Monitor system events, alarms, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
📌 Technical Support & Reporting:
- Perform first-level technical support and analysis of issues found during network monitoring.
- Prepare KPI and technical reports for the Customer Support team.
- Collaborate with peer teams to understand their specific reporting requirements.
