Detailed Eligibility
You are responsible for:
· Support for implementing ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
· Support for Conducting evaluation and internal audits for EHS programs and procedures.
· Support to HSE leader to ensure HSE regulatory compliance and corporate HSE compliance
· Support in developing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Certification documents
· Daily connect with the HSE leader, Facility team, Contractors, and Functional team on HSE Matters.
· Conduct and verify quality Safety inspections with respective stakeholders
· Support for deployment of Employee wellness program and Occupational Health center
· Review of Site EHS observation & share the compliance report with the HSE leader · Follow up with respective stakeholders for CAPA closure
· Carryout LOTO/PTW inspection with the user team and communicate areas of improvement · Support to HSE leader Conduct HSE Gemba walk
· Providing support to HSE Leader for enhancing risk-specific competency via face-to-face Health and Safety training programs for all employees and contractors
· Support for conducting site Safety Committee Meetings
· Track and maintain Accident reporting and conduct investigations data
· Support for reviewing Emergency infrastructure arrangements like a fire hydrant, Fire sprinklers, Smoke detectors, Fire extinguishers, etc., and provide support for the facility team for conducting the mock drill
· Support to HSE Leader Contractor deployment process and Contractor assessment process
· Support for Conducting various promotional activities during Safety Campaigns
· Support to HSE leader in monitoring High-risk activities i.e Infrastructure movement.
· Support for review and upgrade of jobs-specific risk assessments (Facilities, Lab, and Utilities) and
· Implement safety Standards and streamline H&S processes

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
