Role Overview:-
As a Business Development Intern, you will support the sales team in generating leads, building client relationships, and executing in-store advertising campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in media sales, brand partnerships, and retail marketing.
Educational Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Pursuing or Completed) in:
- Business Administration (BBA / MBA)
- Marketing / Advertising
- Media Studies
- Related field
Key Skills:-
• Strong communication (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Market research and analytical skills
• Sales and client interaction ability
• Organizational and multitasking skills

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Conduct market research to identify potential brands and clients
• Build and maintain a database of leads and decision-makers
• Assist in cold outreach and scheduling client meetings
• Support creation of sales decks and proposals
• Prepare mock-ups for in-store advertising campaigns
• Coordinate with teams to ensure campaign execution
• Generate Proof of Performance (PoP) reports
• Track sales pipeline and update CRM systems
• Collaborate with Dentsu and Croma teams
