Detailed Eligibility
📌Roles & Responsibilities
- Build responsive UI components and dashboards using Svelte.
- Develop and integrate backend services/APIs to support chat, IVR, routing, and notifications.
- Work with real-time systems — live chat updates, IVR flow triggers, call routing engines.
- Integrate with third-party platforms like Exotel, Ozonetel, SFDC, and internal CRMs.
- Contribute across the stack in delivering features per bi-weekly sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to scope, test, and iterate quickly.
✔What We’re Looking For
Frontend (Svelte):
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks (preferably Svelte).
- Comfortable building responsive layouts and interactive UI components.
- Familiar with state management and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Bonus: Experience with Figma or working from design specs.
Backend:
- Solid understanding of at least one backend language — Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), and basic auth/session handling.
- Familiarity with async job queues, webhooks, or event-driven architecture.
- Bonus: Exposure to real-time data (WebSockets), cron jobs, or voice/chat platforms.
General:
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and containerization tools (like Docker) is a plus.
- Eager to learn and contribute across the stack.
