- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work in various climates (-20°C, 2°–8°C, 15°–30°C) for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to work overtime when required

- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail (e.g., product numbers, batches, expiration dates)
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Capability to operate handheld scanners, RF devices, voice pick equipment, and other warehouse tools

- Quality-focused with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to learn and adapt to company procedures and guidelines
Key Responsibilities:-
- Use a RF device to pick customer orders on foot
- Build picking carts and process work in various warehouse areas
- Operate portable RF scanners and computers to move products within an automated storage and retrieval system
- Pick, pack, and ship products ensuring on-time delivery, proper temperature, and undamaged condition
- Support other departments such as Support and Shipping as needed
- Maintain required levels of productivity, quality, and attendance
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
