Role Overview:-

As a Trainee in the People & Organization team, you will support employee lifecycle management, global mobility operations, compensation processes, compliance monitoring, and HR administration. This role offers excellent exposure to HR operations, payroll coordination, mobility services, and employee experience management.

  • B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

  • Coordinate with payroll, relocation, and tax service providers

Compensation Management

  • Manage employee compensation data and assignment-related payments
  • Ensure accurate payroll and non-payroll data accumulation
  • Support monthly and year-end compensation reporting
  • Deliver payroll inputs within defined timelines

Documentation & Reporting

  • Generate and review assignment documentation
  • Maintain HR databases and assignment management tools
  • Ensure accurate employee records and data management
  • Prepare reports and support operational reviews

Process Improvement

  • Review existing HR processes and suggest improvements
  • Support digital tools and automation initiatives
  • Assist in enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency

Preferred Skills:-

  • Strong MS Excel proficiency
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Exposure to payroll or compensation activities
  • Ability to work with global teams
