Detailed Eligibility
As a Product Analyst Intern at Tata CLiQ, you will collaborate directly with Product Managers to gather and interpret user insights, evaluate market trends, and support product planning. This role blends strategic thinking with data-backed research to help define product goals, prioritize features, and enhance overall user experiences. Working cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, design, and marketing, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Insights- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in our product offerings.Gather qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., user interviews, surveys) to uncover customer needs and pain points.
- Product Roadmap Support- Assist Product Managers in developing and maintaining product roadmaps. Contribute to feature prioritization discussions and action items by providing data-driven insights and implementing them.
- User Feedback & Testing- Participate in user testing sessions to validate new product concepts and features. Collect and synthesize feedback, translating it into actionable product improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product requirements, timelines, and goals. Help coordinate the release process, including documentation, stakeholder updates, and go-to-market planning.
- Reporting & Documentation- Prepare regular reports that highlight product performance, feature usage, and progress against key milestones. Maintain organized records of product decisions, user feedback, and testing outcomes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced, agile product environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with research methods (e.g., surveys, user interviews) and product management concepts.
