Role Overview:-
As part of the HR Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The role involves strategic workforce planning, recruitment execution, and stakeholder management to meet business hiring needs.
Educational Requirements:-
• MBA in HR / HRM or related fields
• Accepted Degrees Include:
- MBA (Human Resources)
- Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM)
- MA in Human Resources
- MSW (HRM / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations)
- MMS (HRM)
- Master’s in Labour Studies
- PGDM / PG Program in HRM
• Batch :- 2024 & 2025
Eligibility Criteria:-
• Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, Graduation & Post-Graduation
• No active backlogs / arrears
• Maximum education gap: 24 months (with valid proof)
• Only full-time courses eligible
• Candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply
• Age Limit :- 18 to 28 years
