Working from our office based out of Bangalore, you will support global customers, helping them navigate the platform, resolve issues efficiently, and maximize their language learning journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Gather user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement, collaborating with product and content teams to implement solutions.
  • Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to measure impact and report insights to leadership.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve service delivery and customer success initiatives.
  • Work closely with content, product, and engineering teams to align customer experience with business goals.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Advocate for users internally by sharing valuable feedback to shape future updates and features.
