Role Overview:-
As a PX Intern, you will support Volvo’s People Experience team by creating and managing employee-facing content, developing SharePoint pages, and improving digital employee experiences. You will also gain exposure to knowledge management, information architecture, and AI-enabled knowledge systems.
Educational Requirements:-
Any Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated from a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program can apply.

Content Development & Management
- Create and publish employee-facing content for the My Employment – India page
- Adapt global content according to the Indian context
- Develop India-specific content covering policies, benefits, processes, and ways of working
- Organize information in a clear and user-friendly format
- Ensure employees can easily find relevant information
SharePoint Site Development
- Build pages and sub-pages using SharePoint
- Create page layouts and navigation structures
- Develop quick links, FAQs, and supporting resources
- Follow site design and publishing standards
- Continuously improve page usability and employee experience
PX Agent Readiness
- Create content that supports effective PX Agent performance
- Follow content-writing guidelines to improve searchability and AI interpretation
- Simplify page structures and reduce unnecessary dependencies
- Support testing and validation of PX Agent responses
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with the People Experience (PX) team
- Work with the Global My Employment team
- Coordinate with SharePoint technical support teams
- Work with local SMEs and process owners
- Track content approvals and version updates
Quality & Governance
- Review content for accuracy, consistency, and readability
- Ensure published information remains current
- Maintain content ownership and approval documentation
- Support final site readiness and project closure activities
