Detailed Eligibility
Back Office Operations:
- The candidate must possess a bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience: 0 – 2 Years
- Should have a good Typing Speed and Accuracy (25 wpm / 95% accuracy)
- Basic computer Knowledge required
- Ability to self-learning on live job
- Eye for Detail.
- Should have good communication skills in English and must have good proficiency in Email Writing skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Capture the information and validate the data for correctness based on client parameters.
- Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual.
- Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPIs
- Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager

- Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts/ Weekends /Continuous night shifts/ Rotational Shifts.
