Role Overview:-
- Airbus is seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise applications.
- This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring applications align with business objectives while delivering reliability, performance, and efficiency.
- You will act as a subject matter expert, provide technical leadership, and drive continuous improvement within the product ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Engineering graduate
- 6–8 years experience with PLM tools: ARAS (preferred) / Windchill / ENOVIA
- 2+ years experience in Application Management
- Hands-on experience in ARAS and Functional Acceptance Testing
- Experience leading application support teams and managing budgets
- Strong understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, databases
- Knowledge of PLM domain processes and business terminology
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Customer-facing experience with European clients
- Knowledge of deployment tools: ET4GPMG, Ctrl-M, DaaS, AVDs
- Strong English communication (French is a plus)

- Optimize performance, processes, and cost efficiency
- Enforce governance, security, documentation, and data integrity standards
