Role Overview:-
- As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality data delivery across global markets.
- You will collaborate across teams, manage production cycles, drive automation, improve processes, and ensure data accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
(Preference: Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, BBA)
Master’s Degree preferred: Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Technical Skills:-
- SQL, R, Python
- Excel (Macros)
- Exposure to ML/AI
- Data analysis & problem-solving
- KPI monitoring & reporting
- Process improvement methodologies
- Project management skills
Soft Skills:-
- Strong communication (English – written & spoken)
- Presentation & stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to train and explain technical concepts
Key Responsibilities:-
- Deliver production cycles on time with defined quality standards
- Resolve technical challenges and drive tool enhancements
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and stakeholder communication
- Define, document, and improve operational processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Build automation solutions using SQL, R, Python, Excel Macros
- Explore advanced technologies including Machine Learning & AI
- Execute and manage data production activities across global markets
- Investigate data issues and coordinate with regional & offshore teams
- Drive standardization and process efficiency
- Support deployment of Consumer Information Platform (CIP)
